The main focus is primarily on the indigenous variety Blaufränkisch – very powerful, rich in extract, deep dark, and mineral – unadulterated by nature.
Furthermore, Blauburger, Merlot, and Pinot Noir are vinified. The barrique wines mature for 24 months in small wooden barrels and are released for sale after a 6-month bottle aging.
In addition to the red wines, fragrant, full-bodied, and powerful white wines such as Grüner Veltliner, Welschriesling, and Weißburgunder are also pressed.
