We are a small family-run winery with a passion for wine. Personal care for our guests is very important to us. The special soil composition of iron-rich clay and the Pannonian-Illyrian climate - plenty of sunshine with sufficient rainfall - provide our wines with the ideal basic conditions.
The winery is nestled among vineyards on the slopes of the idyllic village of Gaas in the beautiful Pinkatal – Southern Burgenland. Denise and Andreas Grosz manage about 7 hectares of vineyard areas in the 3rd generation, of which the largest vineyard areas are located directly here in Gaas or in the neighboring village of Kulm.
In 2016, a 2-hectare area was planted right next to the beautiful, well-known pilgrimage church of Maria Weinberg with partly new grape varieties - Furmint and Muscaris.
The range of grape varieties is very extensive, including Welschriesling, Pinot Blanc, Uhudler, Zweigelt, Merlot, and the main grape variety Blaufränkisch. The Gewürztraminer Auslese also stands out as a little insider tip for some.
