Winery Kummer – Wines like no other.
A classical family business from Austria, about 55% white wine and 45% red wine. Spicy-fruity creations, also wines with only 10% alcohol (naturally, no artificial reduction). Sustainably certified since last year.
In our vineyards, we work without herbicides, insecticides, artificial fertilizers, and without artificial irrigation. For the wines, we rely on 100% natural sugar levels – no artificial concentration, no sugar addition. The vintage remains tangible – no uniformity.
In the cellar, we work with three containers: steel tanks for the classic wines, barrique, and large wooden barrels for site and reserve wines.
