The Weingut Menitz in Leithaprodersdorf is a family-run winery that stands out for its conscious viticulture and artisanal production. The vineyards stretch along the slopes of the Pfefferbüchsel, an offshoot of the Leithagebirge, and benefit from different soil types such as sandy loam with a high lime content in the Vorderberg and medium-heavy clay soil in the Reinischviertel.

The range includes a variety of wines, including Grüner Veltliner, Gelber Muskateller, Blaufränkisch, and Merlot. Especially noteworthy is the "Vinum Aratoris 1.9" as well as the "Süsse Milena," a Chardonnay late harvest. In addition to wines, the winery also produces spirits from its own fruit varieties.
