The Weingut Pluschkovits in Leithaprodersdorf is a family-run winery that combines tradition with innovation. The family cultivates seven hectares of the best sites in the Leithaberg region, including the exclusive Fuchsenbühel, a primary location with mica schist known for its mineral complexity. Biodynamic cultivation is done sustainably and by hand, with the wines aging in barriques and steel tanks to preserve their natural expression. Noteworthy are the 2024 Chardonnay and the 2023 Weissburgunder Ried Fuchsenbühel, which were awarded 90 and 91 points by Falstaff, respectively.
The Heurigen operation is an essential part of the winery and opens several times a year on set dates. Guests can look forward to regional specialties and homemade desserts following Burgenland tradition. The cozy atmosphere and high quality of the food and wines make the visit a special experience.
