The Weingut Pluschkovits in Leithaprodersdorf is a family-run winery that combines tradition with innovation. The family cultivates seven hectares of the finest sites in the Leithaberg region, including the exclusive Fuchsenbühel, a primary location with mica schist, known for its mineral complexity. The biodynamic cultivation is carried out consciously and by hand, with the wines aging in barrel casks and steel tanks to preserve their natural expressiveness. Particularly noteworthy are the 2024 Chardonnay and the 2023 Pinot Blanc Ried Fuchsenbühel, which received 90 and 91 points from Falstaff, respectively.
