We cultivate approx. 5 hectares of vineyards. Through consistent thinning of the grapes we strive for the highest quality. All grapes are rubbed. The Burgundy varieties Pinot gris and Pinot noir are vinified exclusively in barriques. We give our guests everything they need to know about wine at our winery.
