In Harmisch, at the foot of the Csaterberg, a beautifully situated "wine island" in the midst of high forests, the Stubits family lives and works.
With five hectares of vineyard, we are already one of the "big players" in the area.
At the Stubits winery, about 70% of the planted varieties are white wines, especially Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner, but also rarities like Sämling, which offers an almost exotic aroma. In the case of red wines, Blaufränkisch dominates as it does throughout the region, and Merlot is also cultivated. The cool air near the forested areas of the Csaterberg suits it very well.
