I am living my dream of a winery that I aspired to as a child.
I care for 13 hectares of vineyards or 52,000 vines daily. Each vine is manually worked about 13 times throughout the year. That means: "A lot of work and little time." In the cellar, it becomes a bit quieter and more relaxed.
