Born and raised in the heart of southern Burgenland, Georg Dujmovits followed his inner voice and took the plunge to establish the DUJMO.VINO winery as a career changer in 2015.
At the beginning, he started without any vines, winemaking equipment, tractor, or specific expertise – he had to learn everything from scratch.
Today, Georg cultivates 18,000 vines, has acquired modern machinery, and has gained extensive winemaking knowledge through numerous courses, books, and continuous learning.
His vision is to create something lasting with passion and original ideas, thereby bringing joy to many people. Among other things, he developed the "EulenWein" and realized the "Hawaii Edition," an export project for the US market.
However, DUJMO.VINO is more than just a winery: it is a creative wine adventure that unites wine, culinary arts, events, and accommodation – and is gradually revealing more and more facets.
