The Ernst Winery is located in the Burgenland town of Deutschkreutz, in the heart of the Blaufränkisch wine region. Founded in 2005 by Bernhard Ernst, the estate operates under the guiding principle "Origin matters." This focus on terroir is particularly evident in the vineyard wines such as Hochberg, Goldberg, and Fabian, which produce individual characters due to different soil structures – from shell limestone to clay. Since 2023, the winery has been organically certified and consistently pursues conscious cultivation methods.
The range includes characterful vineyard wines as well as fruity, everyday wines from the "Deutschkreutz" line, including Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Grüner Veltliner, and Rosé. The estate sells its products both directly from the farm and through a well-stocked online shop.
