The vineyards of the Glauber family are planted with greenery, fertilized with natural products and subjected to plant protection only when absolutely necessary. The conscious renunciation of a mass yield results in a regularly high quality grape material. The long ripening of the grapes as well as a single-vineyard aging of the wines, partly in wooden barrels, guarantee the best quality.
