From the vineyard to the bottle…
Since 1776, the Steurer family has operated their business with great attention to detail in the heart of the wine-growing community of Jois. Preserving tradition while also forging new paths has always been a concern for the family - in 2004, Robert Steurer founded a contract bottling business. At the Steurer house, the grapes find their way into the bottle!!! In 2024, Michaela Artner took over the business from her father - continuing the tradition and bringing in new ideas.
Time-tested and popular traditions, such as culinary wine tastings in the old vaulted cellar, still provide pure sensory delights today - for connoisseurs from near and far.
For those coming from afar, modern double rooms and apartments are available - sunny hours by the lake, wonderful hikes among the vineyards, and in the evening a cozy glass of wine on the terrace or in the wine cellar… Moments to cherish…
