The traditional family business has been producing wine for five generations.
The vineyards thrive on the Csaterberg in the southern Burgenland wine idyll. The opal and slate-rich soil has a particular influence on the quality of the wine. The vineyards are located on the south and southeast slopes, while the north and west are covered with forests, providing natural protection against cold northern winds. The nearby Georgssee creates an optimal microclimate.
On 4.5 hectares of vine area, fruity white wines such as Welschriesling, Grüner Veltliner, Weißburgunder, Gelber Muskateller, and Sämling 88 grow, along with red wines Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, and Merlot.
The wines, as well as homemade specialties, can be enjoyed at our Buschenschank on the Hochcsater.

Reopening in 2026!
