Christmas in the City Garden transforms the Oberwart City Garden once again this year into a festive Advent setting.
From December 12 to 14, 2025, from 2 PM to 8 PM, lovingly decorated huts, regional exhibitors, and Christmas melodies invite visitors to linger. The gastronomy will – new this year – remain open until 10 PM and provide enjoyable moments with warming drinks and delicacies.
On Friday, the official opening will be celebrated with the choir of the Oberwart elementary school at 3 PM, and on Saturday, the Christ Child will visit the City Garden from 4 PM.
Already on December 4, the municipal community invites you to the popular event "Saint Nicholas in the City Garden". From 4 PM, the gastronomy stand will be open, and at 4:30 PM, the children of the municipal kindergarten will start the celebration with their songs. Afterward, the Christmas tree will be ceremonially lit before the Saint Nicholas distributes small gifts to the children.
