The concert in the Landesgalerie
The all-encompassing artwork LAMENTO GRANDE combines a musical fireworks display with visual opulence. The Landesgalerie in the Cultural and Congress Center Eisenstadt was chosen as the venue for this concert not by chance. Author, director, and singer-songwriter Peter Wagner, whose band project operates under the label ErosK. Und Sein Fürst – Rabold-Paul-Wagner, utilizes numerous works from visual artists of the region to accompany the songs.
The visual reference to the fine arts enhances sensitivity to both the musical-lyrical and visual communication – thereby creating a third, sensually perceivable experiential element in the interplay of all introduced artistic genres.
