New Year's Concert
Haydn Orchestra Eisenstadt
Start the new year with joy: In January 2026, the Haydn Orchestra Eisenstadt invites you to its traditional New Year's concerts. Look forward to a cheerful program full of Viennese music from the 19th and early 20th centuries.
The program features works by Oscar Straus, Johann Schrammel, Joseph Hellmesberger, Joseph Lanner, and Johann Strauss. Additionally, compositions by the Vienna-born Kurt Schmid, who passed away in 2025, as well as music by Johannes Brahms, Leo Delibes, and Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky will be performed.
The evening will be guided by conductor Peter Schreiber, who has personally curated the varied program for you. Let yourself be enchanted by a delightful and musically festive evening!
