The Bergschenke in Gerersdorf opened over 25 years ago and is located in the hilly region of southern Burgenland at an elevation of 337 m, surrounded by an apple orchard. In nice weather, there are extensive views of Güssing Castle and the Hungarian plain.
The large, heated barn, just a few steps from the Bergschenke, is perfect for private celebrations and corporate events, even outside of the “ausg’steckt is” dates. Events can be tailored to individual wishes, and closed groups are available upon request. With seating in the indoor area and a garden with a magnificent view, the cozy atmosphere invites guests to linger and relax.
In the colder months, the Bergschenke serves guests in a homely atmosphere.
Year-round, bus tour groups are warmly welcomed by prior arrangement.
