Family-owned since 1850 and certified organic for over 40 years, the estate combines organic farming with innovative cellar technology. The vines are cultivated exclusively with plant and mineral substances in revitalized water, which forms the basis for vital plants and award-winning wines full of character. New products & innovations: The Biohof Lang winery range includes premium quality wines in red and white, frizzante, Prädikat wines such as Trockenbeerenauslesen and ice wines, grape juice and specialties such as ice wine marc brandy and Hildegard red wine vinegar. All products are produced according to strict organic-biological principles and are 100% vegan. Careful processing ensures that the wines are particularly well tolerated.
