This nice little family business is run by the Uitz family and their two children.
The modern bakery produces farmhouse bread, pretzel sticks, filled croissants, curd pastries, sweet rolls, and other small delicacies that are sold at the farmers' market in Jennersdorf on Fridays and Saturdays.
They found a great passion in sheep breeding, which now consists of about 80 ewes. The lamb is slaughtered, roughly cut, and sold in vacuum-packed pieces. Seasonally, liver spreads, smoked sausages, and also smoked delicacies from the lamb are prepared. Pre-orders are requested!
