At their Himler fruit processing, they produce the finest fruit juices and noble brandies. They pay special attention to the apricot, which is very popular as fresh fruit, nectar, or distillate. A varietal brandy made from Kronprinz Rudolf apples also rounds off the impressive range.
To provide a cozy setting for tastings, the Himler family has set up a "Schnapsothek". Enthusiasts can taste to their heart's content and, of course, also shop (only possible with prior telephone reservation).
