Fisch und Vogel are...
the names of two young vineyards in the stony Waldacker vineyard, newly planted with Traminer/Donauriesling and Pinot Nova. Both are connected by Le grand bleu, above and below the horizon, the infinite blue of sky and water, namesake of the third garden - a Blaufränkisch, fat in the loam, in the Wieser vineyard.

an architect and a writer. Close to nature, obsessed with culture. Orient and Occident. Exuberant opulence and passionate concentration.
For Alexander Reza Tavakoli and Marion Vera Forster, everything revolves around the experiment of being. The two of them give it scope - in the old cinema at the entrance to the village and in the historic Stadl in Hauerstraße - in the heart of Mörbisch am See.
They have been combining winemaking and lakeside life here since 2015, and in their own winery since 2022.
In addition to their own Natural Winery, the Fisch und Vogel winery also runs a small wine shop for international natural wines.

What do the winemakers do...
low intervention / hand-selected and hand-picked / unsulphured / spontaneously fermented (naked, but cared for!) ... and left alone: "our wine lives, matures and breathes in amphorae of unfired clay."
