One of our most important principles in producing the items that land on your plate is quality! We process all the traditional delicacies with the same care and awareness of quality as at the beginning of our company history. Thus, the smoked meats and roast pork are still brined and smoked in-house, the sausages and blood sausages are made according to traditional recipes just like 30 years ago, and even the spreads are prepared by our manager Gerti herself. All dishes we serve to our guests are lovingly prepared, richly garnished, and served with plenty of hospitality.
We would be happy to offer you a glass of our exquisite wines such as Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, or our white wine Grüner Veltliner. In the summer, our shady arbors invite you to linger.
